Brand description
Flying Point Apparel specializes in men's two-in-one sweaters that combine the appearance of a layered button-down shirt and sweater without the bulk of multiple garments.
Their products feature a sewn-in dress shirt collar integrated into the neckline of V-neck and half-zip sweaters, providing a polished, layered look with enhanced comfort and ease.
This design offers a convenient solution for achieving a business-casual style without the discomfort of wearing multiple layers.
The brand's offerings are particularly suitable for occasions like virtual meetings or events where a smart appearance is desired with minimal effort.
The Initial Situation
Before working with us, the brand had already been running Meta ads for a year without any specific strategy. The ads were created randomly by the owner, or received from the content creator yet they still generated results and profits.
The issues that needed to be addressed were:
Inability to scale the account
Lack of a clear process for testing ads
Lack of indication of a specific persona
Creative team to make UGC & Static content regularly
We decided to begin our creative testing by revamping their current winning ads, incorporating a clearer message and some variations to achieve quick wins.
The Highlights of Facebook Ads Strategy
To solve the client's problem, we moved all the focus to creating content systematically based on the week's performance.
If a piece of content was a winner, we created between 3-4 variants:
same script, different editing
same script, different hook (2 times)
editing some parts of the script, the same editing
The same strategy for static content
If a piece of content was a loser, we moved to the next message, idea, or concept.
With this solution, we were able to consistently find winners and allocate more budget to them while continuously testing.
Once we found a winner we scaled without waiting - from 100/200$ per day to 500$ in a few days and 1,000$ in a couple of weeks.
We identified various personas of which successful is the “remote worker”
